6. Payment Terms

• Students must arrive on time

11.2 Online/Live Classes

• Ensure stable internet connection
• Use appropriate display names
• Keep microphone muted unless speaking
• No recording of live sessions without permission

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

12.1 Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of all content
• Specific educational outcomes

12.2 Technical Issues
